For the last 16 years I have been dedicated to supporting and helping businessmen and women. My mission has been to raise their profile and present Slovakia abroad through trade fairs, exhibitions, negotiations and meetings with economic diplomats, organizing educational and networking events. At the same time, I was actively involved in the implementation of projects supporting women and in projects focused on sustainability.
In parallel, for the last eight years I have led the Association of Women Entrepreneurs and Managers, whose aim has been to connect and educate women in business and management through our project activities.
With the lack of opportunities and support for my personal and career growth and the need to fulfill my dream of supporting, connecting and linking women in business, women managers and women in leadership, I have decided to fully dedicate myself to the activities of the association from 2024 onwards. Our goal is to bring together, connect, link women entrepreneurs, managers and top executives and support them in their personal and professional growth and in the growth of their businesses. We are a community of inspiring women where we inspire, share experiences, grow and connect. We are coming together to succeed together.
We believe that through the activities of our association, we will contribute to increasing the number of women in management and leadership positions and to the better status of women in society. We also strive to achieve natural acceptance of women in leadership and to remove the visible and invisible barriers that prevent women from self-realisation and realising their full potential.
In addition to running the association and implementing the association’s activities, I am a trainer in presentation and speaking skills. I teach how to perform and speak with more confidence, without stage fright and authentically. How to become a more confident speaker/speaker. To be heard. To not only get but keep our attention. Because our speeches, performances and presentations matter.
