Since 2001, we have been dedicated to supporting women in business as the first women’s business association in Slovakia, originally established under the name Association of Women in Business.
With a mission to support, to connect, to empower and to provide information education activities to women entrepreneurs, managers and women in leadership positions, our association underwent a key transformation in 2014. Under the leadership of director Ivana Kondášová, association was renamed to the Association of Businesswomen and Managers.
Today, we proudly remain the only professional women’s association in Slovakia that actively supports, connect, educate women in business and women in leadership.
We are unique business community of inspiring women entrepreneurs and managers, committed to fostering your personal development, professional advancement and business growth.

Riaditeľka združenia
Posledných 16 rokov som sa venovala podpore a pomoci podnikateľom a podnikateľkám. Mojím poslaním bolo zviditeľňovať ich a prezentovať Slovensko v zahraničí prostredníctvom veľtrhov, výstav, rokovaní a stretnutí s ekonomickými diplomatmi, organizovaní vzdelávacích a networkingových podujatí. Zároveň som sa aktívne zapájala do realizácie projektov podporujúce ženy a do projektov zameraných na udržateľnosť.
Paralelne s tým som posledných osem rokov viedla Združenie podnikateliek a manažérok, ktorého cieľom bolo prepájať a vzdelávať ženy v podnikaní a manažmente prostredníctvom našich projektových aktivít.
Nedostatkom príležitostí a podpore môjho osobného a kariérneho rastu a potrebe naplniť svoj sen o podpore, spájaní a prepájaní žien v podnikaní, manažérok a žien vo vedení, som sa rozhodla od roku 2024 naplno venovať činnosti združenia. Našim cieľom združovať, spájať, prepájať podnikateľky, manažérky a top manažérky a podporovať ich v ich osobnom a profesijnom raste a v raste ich podnikania. Sme komunita inšpiratívnych žien, v ktorej sa inšpirujeme, zdieľame skúseností, rastieme a prepájame. Spájame sa k spoločnému úspechu.
Veríme, že činnosťou nášho združenia prispejeme k zvýšeniu počtu žien na manažérskych a riadiacich pozíciách a k lepšiemu postaveniu žien v spoločnosti. Našou snahou je tiež dosiahnuť prirodzenú akceptáciu žien vo vedení a odstrániť viditeľné aj neviditeľné prekážky, ktoré bránia ženám v sebarealizácii a využití ich plného potenciálu.
Okrem podpory podnikania a prepájania podnikateliek a manažérok som aj lektorka prezentačných zručností. Učím vystupovať a rečniť s väčšou sebaistotou, bez trémy a autenticky. Pomáham pripraviť a nacvičiť tzv. Výťahovú reč (Odprezentuj sa).

For many years, I worked in an international environment, helping Slovak companies to establish both at home and abroad, with the aim to gain a new business opportunities and also to get valuable connections and contracts.
Despite many success and experiences, I felt that something was missing. A community, support and opportunities for my personal and career growth.
For this reason I founded the Association of Businesswomen and Managers. The platform, that makes businesswomen and managers more visible. Platform that provide informal education, also connection and unites women, managers and entrepreneurs.

In addition, I am proving consultancies and mentoring in presentation and public speaking skills, self-presentation. I also help to create memorable and Elevator pitch. I will help you discover and improve your speaking potential. I will teach you to perform and speak with greater confidence, without nervousness, and authentically.
